According to my account information, Grant #1 was credited with $18.00 and is stated to have expired on June 1, 2023. However, I would like to clarify that I have not made any purchases or utilized any of the granted credits. My understanding was that the initial $18.00 credit was provided as part of the free trial offered by the platform.

The grant is part of a "trial" insofar as you have three months from the date it is issued before it expires. There is no way to get this grant back. You will need to add a payment method and begin paying.

The grant is not permanent until it is used. It has a time limit.

And if you had logged in prior, you would have seen the same "expires" date.
