hi y’all! I’d like to learn how to play piano, bass and drums and was thinking it would be cool to create a web app that allows users to upload midi files and then learn how to play by viewing a guitar hero like visual that moves and highlights the correct notes as they occur. ideally you would be able to select your midi keyboard to ensure it aligns with what’s being displayed, then select a pre loaded midi file of popular song (or upload mp3 and we convert it to a midi file) and then you play and learn 🙂 it seems super simple to make in my head but i’m still beginning my coding journey.
