OK, I had NordVPN started as a client, but without VPN. And that blocked. That can not be that this is prevented for queries! That you should not pay over it I can still comprehend. But that you can not use the connection, and certainly not if there is no VPN connection, I can not understand!
I had the same problem...I had to completely turn off NordVPN while using ChatGPT. I feel like the problem is maybe with NordVPN? Or...there are data collection processes running in OpenAI software that abend the ChatGPT capabilities when on...either way, it is a problem.
