Since last night ChatGPT 3.5 hasn't responding to any request tried multiple times almost every hour since last evening. A simple question, after 8 retries yields Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.

Could it be that ChatGPT subscribed users are deprioritized for ChatGPT 3.5? (tangentially I noticed that the may 24th update to ChatGPT 4.0 seems to have worse memory for handling queries across multiple prompts)
