After buying the premium version, I can no longer chat with GPT3 as it states "something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact use through our help center at help.openai.com". Strangely enough, GPT4 works perfectly fine. Is there a way to fix that?

Same for me, I checked in the developer console for hints:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 429 ()
Which translates to: "Too Many Requests"
But I am really puzzled how you could end up with too many requests as one individual when you are using the web interface?
For me it is seem to be a general account issue since it runs into that error
on all my devices and yes GPT-4 seems to work as always for me š¤
