Thank you very much for the information. It looks like this is a way to "buy" access to GPT4 via API, but it's not actually publicly available right now. Is that correct?

That's what I meant. I want to pay $$$ and get GPT4 API access, but this requires me to put time and effort into creating an eval to get GPT4 API access for free.

It sounds like they're just not ready to open GPT4 up to public API access yet.

I would only pay for access if the GPT4 API had the same functionality as the ChatGPT4 web frontend where I can utilize plugins, for example.
