  1. Asked ChatGPT to provided response again

Expected Result:

  1. A comprehensive business plan.

Actual Result:

I asked multiple times for updates over the course of the two weeks and the AI was making good progress however when it was supposed to be completed is when I started receiving the "Actual Result". The AI also seems to have no memory of the conversation or anything I asked it in the conversation.

This has happened to me multiple times and at great expense to a large project I'm working on. Sometimes when you hit your input cap (25 per 3 hours) it will suddenly, and without your consent it seems, default to the ChatGPT-3 architechure. Sometimes this default will happen randomly, such as with me this morning. I really really wish there was some sort of TRUE tech support, esp. for those of us who are Plus members. you can ask your bot directly which version it is and it will let you know.
