I am working on Google sheets and I'm having ChatGPT organize the information for me. However it doesn't work on my computer ever. It works on other computers, ChatGPT even works on my phone, but never my own computer. please help. Anytime I enter in a message all I get is:
"Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com."
I need it for my job. It's work from home so I can only use my own computer. I have no browser extensions, my wifi works fine, what should I do?

I attathed screenshots to show that ChatGPT doesn't work no matter what I enter in.

I tried uninstalling MacAfee jus to be safe and nothing changed

I turned off the proxy settings on my computer and it's still happening

It seems the problem is not related to your account or your browser

I'm worried it has something to do with my school. My computer is connected to my university. I have all my university emails and other accounts on this computer, and I'm using school wifi.

If it is related to my IP address, why did OpenAI ban me?

Could you try connecting to a different wifi? For example using your phone or a friend's as a hotspot?

I'm not 100% sure but I think it should change your IP address. It wouldn't be a real fix but it should tell us if I was right about the IP being the problem

That's very weird, I can see them banning IPs or accounts but just a device seems like a weird thing to do intentionally to me

I will just try to do my job without Chat GPT for now but it was making things a lot quicker. I'm sorry to hear you also had the same problem. Maybe they are shadow banning people.

No VPN. How do I check if I have Web Protection? I don't remember installing any.

Okay so it turns out I had RAV which I am unistalling now

I unistalled RAV and I still got the same error message. I think my device is banned.
