I am trying to use the the OpenAi API within my python bot program. however whenever I make a request it shows the following error mesage. I was initially using gpt3-turbo, but then changed to ada because i thought i might not have enough TPM. Howvere the problem still persists. I am 99% sure that i am not excceeding my quotea with my propmts, here is my code for reference.
