For some time I have been getting this error message:
"Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com."

I have tried the obvious troubleshooting steps provided:
Refresh the page and try the same question again.
Close the page and reopen it.
Log out and log back in.
Clear your browser’s cache.
Disable any extensions, plugins, or other tools.
Use a different browser.

Reading some forums, it seems I am not the only person having this problem.

Going further into troubleshooting this, it appears that Chrome and Edge are impacted by this problem. However, Firefox does not have this issue. It seems the problem is with Chromium browsers.
