#GPT error messages: Unable to generate responses

Hello! I am currently experiencing issues with generating responses on the latest version of ChatGPT. When I attempt to prompt the chat bot, it immediately sends me an error message instead of a generation.


**Steps to reproduce:**
> 1. Simply submitting prompts to ChatGPT (including a cache clear refresh and clearing of cookies)

**Expected result:**
> For the bot to begin generating a response, as it is supposed to do.

**Actual result:**
> 1. An error message is returned.
> 2. Screenshot is attached.

**Additional information**
> Browser: Google Chrome / Firefox
> OS: Microsoft Windows 10
> Specs:
>> Lenovo Ideapad 3; AMD Ryzen 5000 U-series CPU, 16GB RAM, 256BG Storage
> Additional Message: I did attempt twice to contact support on help.openai.com , yet the support team did not reach out to me, so I am coming to Discord to look for solutions.

I also attempted to sign up with another account to see if it was a token issue, but I have been getting the exact same error there. I suspect it has something to do with my computer or my internet.```

Just a quick clarification:

I have fully uninstalled NordVPN from my computer, which some users have said that resolved the issue. I have repeated the exact same process, and the issue persisted. I also tried to disable Windows Threat Protection to see if that would solve the issue, but to no avail. I have now tried EVERY solution to try and fix ChatGPT, but nothing worked. Will I have to come to terms with never being able to use it again? I found it useful to generate names for a mapbuilding project, and it has been a very useful tool.

Please! Anyone! Please give me answers!

I have exactly the same error for a long time! And also with GPT-4!
I'm just wondering if I should really continue to pay money for it!

I have now tried on a completely different computer in a completely different region of the world, there it works. 😦
Now the troubleshooting begins. It is a pity that I, as a customer of a company that provides artificial intelligence, only get a meaningless error message!
