Hello, i am trying to run the moderation endpoint and it says i need money! And i see a lot of sources saying yes it is free!

It is free to be used with regular API calls. As a result, it probably knows you aren't using it with API calls and therefore are using it against terms for third party traffic. What is your use case for it?

API calls cost money. So either it's being triggered off your API completion call or you're breaking TOS and using moderation for 3rd party traffic which isn't permitted.
