Hi. I'm interested in training a image recognition model. Where would I start? I have a huge bank of radiology images and want to develop a model to recognize simple patterns in size and classify those sizes into groups.

Further explain: "radiology images" "huge"; "simple patterns in size; "groups". Are you willing to publish the database as open source data for research? If so, start with that and list objectives. Also, search for similar AI projects online and describe similarities and differences over what you seek to accomplish.
