You could end your prompt with: "Respond by explaining what makes a good prompt. Then I will give you a theme, then make 3 csv tables including suggestions that I can pick from to create our final prompt together."

I'm not sure that simplifying your prompts is what Midjourney understands best. "A lake that is blue" is indeed a bad prompt, "A blue lake" makes it more clear for MJ. "A woman walking her dog in a park" however, is not a bad prompt. Implying that the woman is walking might be necessary for MJ to understand that she needs to be walking and not standing still.
