I'm trying to register with the company email gamerulesltd@gmail.com to buy ChatGPT Plus. I guess I get that error cause I'm using my personal phone number (which I already have linked with my personal account).
My current public IP is: 66.81.190.2
My phone rejected number is: +34 634xxx155 (Spain)
Before, I got the error of this phone has been used too many times.
I also tried with my business partner phone number.
Am I obligated to buy another phone number to be able to register with the company email and pay ChatGPT Plus? I hope it’s not necessary to buy it just to trash it. It’s not very environment friendly.
Steps to reproduce:
- Register with an email
- Introduce a phone that has been used to register an account before
- Try with another phone when it's rejected
- At some point, I also tried with a VPN (but I stop trying with it after reading to not to in this discord community)
Expected result:
Being able to register to enjoy ChatGPT Plus right after
Actual result:
It's imposible to register
