When I log in to ChatGPT, the 2FA verification code is lost, and I cannot log in to ChatGPT. Please help me cancel the 2FA verification or retrieve the 2FA verification code.

I have the same dilemma. I opened a Plus account. I turned on the verification of the Open AI account on Microsoft Authenticator, but now I have deleted the Open AI account in Authenticator. Now when I try to log in to chatGPT, I am still prompted to enter the verification code. So now I can't log into my chatgptGPT account. How can I solve it?

My problem is solved. The cookie information is still saved on the other computer, I directly log in to chatGPT and turn off 2FA.
