anybody else have this issue? ChatGPT works fine on mobile, but suddenly stopped working on pc. I've tried all the solutions online (disabling extensions, clearing cookies/cache/different browser (I tried brave, chrome, and edge). None of these solutions is getting rid of the "Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com." message that only displays on my pc, but mobile works fine. Help!

My issue was NordVPN.....I completely shut it down and now working like a champ. I am going to try and just disable web protection to see it that works vice killing the whole app.

I have the exact same problem. It's been consistently failing since the last week. I don't have any VPN etc. suggestions?

What ended up working for me was I deleted all my VPN files. That seemed to solve the problem for me

I am facing the same issue in Chrome and MS Edge. It could be an IP issue.

Having the same issue, on both paid and free accounts, different browsers. Cleared cache files, rebooted, turned on and off all VPNs and services, don't live in Russia, Belarus or China, please, any help would be appreciated 🙂
