I used iOS and subscribed to Plus, but. My account and Apple ID account are not the same. As a result, my account is not currently Plus, and although I am a labeled plus user, I am unable to use gpt-4 and plugins at all. It's too bizarre.

I have subscribed to Plus, but I cannot use either GPT-4 or plugins

I'm facing the same problem. In the chatgpt page, it shows that my account has been a PLUS. But I sitll cannot access the GPT-4.
