#Is it moral to continue using and / or paying for a service that doesn't even respect its customers?

I believe there are a lot of us out there who got their accounts blocked / or their payments were reset to free plan before the end of subscription period, and tried numerous times to contact the support team (!) for any help, achieving the minimum. Should OpenAI be sued for such a disastrous support and custom care? Should we pay for other accounts and be responsible for continuation of such a nasty behavior?! What should we do with such a bad service / support? Any other options?

The staff are almost always offline as it seems, do not respond like they are isolated in another dimension, and do not seem to be responsible at all. The only way to contact OpenAI is through a useless chatbox, which doesn't get responded, at least when it should ne. OpenAI seems a big fraud to me; How else can you pay for getting annoyed and laughed at?!

Yeah. Really bad customer service. This is not a moral problem, it's a legal problem. OpenAI do not have the right to charge for a service they don't provide then not respond when you request a refund
