I get this message whenever I try to use chatGPT from one of my computers (which I mostly use when traveling), but not when using it from any other computers or from my phone. This is with a paid subscription. This error has persisted for 5+ days.

The full message text is "Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com."

And, I cannot find any way to actually contact them through their help center. I expect some form of actual support for paid users, especially for a blatant error like this.

I FOUND A SOLUTION.
For my mac m1, the problem was on the proxys and fire wall.
I use avast and AVAST got some trafics setups. Just disable it.

go to "network", then to "filters and proxy" and disable it.

For the support, i don't know how refund the days of the error. cuz there's not any explication about this on the forum. I hope some of you have been helped by my message !
