#Account deactivated for using paypal??

I had a plus account, and received an account deletion notice without warning for suspected fraud. I opened a ticket which was resolved and ignored within a couple days. I opened a second and was told my account had "suspicious payment activity" after a week. The only thing I could possibly see is if they discontinued paypal support which, again, I didn't receive any notice. Can I literally just updated my payment to a credit card? Why can't they just have a warning that my payment method needed to be changed to continue to use the product? I used this professionally every day but now I can't access this at all. I don't understand.
