I've gotten exactly the same problem for the last 5 days, but only from one of my computers. It happens to be a Surface table running Windows 11, which is my most-used computer when I travel. I usually use a VPN with this computer, but I get the error even when I'm not on the VPN.
It works fine on my phone and other computers.
I've submitted a similar post to yours, and sent an email to support@. I don't know if they respond to anything or even read their own Discord. I am very disappointed with the wild goose chase that their website leads me down when trying to solve the problem; I expected better, especially for paying customers.
I have been encountering a the same error whenever I attempt to connect to the ChatGPT while connected to a particular Wi-Fi network.
the same problem here just appeared. have already experienced these issues about 8 days ago ang tought it resolved, but now it repeated again...
ive had this problem for 2 months now but it works fine on my work PC
hello, i got the same problem, i think it's cuz i use a vpn to connect to open ai. But when i don't use my vpn i still got the issue. Can someone help me ?
Same situation as most. I use my Windows 11 machine, Chrome browser, and for the past 2 weeks I can't use ChatGPT on my personal laptop. I use a commercial VPN, and as others I tried turning it off, without any improvements. I can use my phone without issues, but I would prefer to have it available on my PC
Update: For me, completely killing the NordVPN app allowed ChatGPT to continue working (Quit App option, then check if it's still running on process). Really weird I can't have the vpn even running... might be some web protection feature blocking ChatGPT?
