I have been experiencing the issue of my PLUS plan still showing 'Renew Plus' even though I have already paid for it. This issue has been going on for several days. I have also tried contacting the OpenAI support team through various means but have not been able to reach them.

Many of us are having this issue, I am not hopeful it will get resolved anytime soon, my best suggestion is to save the invoice for your sub so you have a copy of it in case it magically disappears and request a refund

Yup, was told I'd get info on Monday. LAST Monday. It's been a week since the issue started. I have work to do.
