Many of us are having this issue, I am not hopeful it will get resolved anytime soon, my best suggestion is to save the invoice for your sub so you have a copy of it in case it magically disappears and request a refund

Yup, was told I'd get info on Monday. LAST Monday. It's been a week since the issue started. I have work to do.
