I paid for plus on May 13 and it has been working fine, however, since yesterday, I can't use the plus service and I need to pay again. And today the renewal button inside my page has disappeared, what should I do. I tried to find help but it says "please click on our chat widget in the bottom right of your screen. t access the service". "But now I don't have the chat widget option on the help page!

Strange! I paid on the same day, May 13th and still can't get ANY access to the Pro subscription. Now that seem to have crashed for more people...

So this issue has resolved spontaneously for you guys? How long did it take?
I got an answer from the support 11 hours ago. Turned out, I was stupid all along and gave the wrong email upon subscription. So my other email got activated 🤦
