I have a business account for my company since Feb 18, 2023. Today my account mysteriously downgraded to free, my billing invoices aren't there, and I was charged on May 18 for this month.

And now it's mysteriously fixed. Was weird, literally popped up a modal telling me about my new upgraded account while I was idle on the screen trying to take a screenshot.
But it's fixed, so, thanks I guess? LOL
Wait, it's still broken. When I'm in platform.openai.com it thinks I'm on the free account. And when I'm in chat.openai.com it shows my subscription.
