ChatGPT-plus disappeared

I subscribed to the ChatGPT plus account on Apr 30, 2023 . When I checked today ( May 23, 2023 ), Plus was missing, but it hasn't been a month yet. Is this bug or something else ?

Well, I think I was actually confused. Apparently when you’re in platform. It’s totally different billing Chat.

So it confused me to see it missing

I am definitely dissatisfied, it is of no use. I contacted the support and got no answers. People are struggling put there and the support team (if exists!) are asleep. Definitely going for a refund.
