Hello, I am working on a project using my Chat-GPT4 API access tokens and the tokens/sec throughput I am seeing is perhaps 20% that of what I am seeing from my ChatGPT+ subscription access to GPT4. Same exact prompts, but 1/5 the throughput using the API vs the ChatGPT+ subscription.

I thought this might be a systemic issue with the API so I had some other people run some tests for me using their API keys and they are getting much higher throughput. This is on the same exact prompts and parameters.

So, it appears that my API account has been flagged for some reason.

Is there an adjudication procedure for rectifying this issue?

I am pay-as-you-go. My bill last month was about ~$50. This month will be about the same.
