We got hit with a hard limit on our account that's now blocking all request. We reached out to support to have that limit increased. But in the meantime we're also unable to view usage records in the ui for https://platform.openai.com/account/usage

we're getting back a 400 with "Usage is temporarily unavailable, please try again soon."

If this is for GPT-4 there is no way to increase rate limits.

I also receive ""Usage is temporarily unavailable, please try again soon." notification when I explore usage in “Daily usage breakdown (UTC)”. It happens on all of my accounts.
