#2-factor authentication not enabled but being asked for one-time passcode. can’t login

Tried to enable two-factor. It asked me to login then the same message. Stuck again.
I am having the same issue
My bad. I forgot I used Google Authenticator when connecting to the Zapier plugin which requires it. The account still has 2FA not enabled and is asking so still a bug but I can login OK now.
Update 2FA was now showing as active in the account. Disabled it.
I have the same issue for the past 3-4 days now (I haven't been logged out of my account yet so I can still use my account where it remembers me for now) but I haven't used Zapier and it still says 2 factor authentication is disabled. I tried to use Zapier once, but when I realized what it was, I uninstalled the zapier plugin.
I can't get in in any way. Any options here?
Same! Would love some help. Now I’m paying for something I cannot use.
I’ve got the same problem and they haven’t replied on any of the channels
Add another to this list. I cant use it. How can I just delete my account and get a new one?
I'm in the same boat - being billed monthly for an account I can't use and for which there is apparently zero customer support. Very frustrating, I need this for business.
@livid haven you are a savior. it was on the google authenticator app
As above you will need to use a third party Authenticator app like Google if 2FA is enabled. If it’s enabled somehow perhaps through using a plugin that needs it there’s no way back because you can’t login to disable it. It’s not too hard. Just download the app scan the QR code and go from there.
I agree, it's definitely having something to do with a plugin. I can't get to a QR screen though - I don't remember setting up 2FA so have no idea which authenticator I would have used. I have googles, authy, and MSFT and none of those work with the code. I'd think that at least the MSFT code would work but no dice. Could you explain how you get to a QR code? That sounds like the solution I need. Thank you!
