I reported this problem to Fin (help bot open ai), I was directed to this server.

Already 162 (+1 mine) "Sorry, you have been blocked"
I can log into my account and surf the site, but I can't open it https://chat.openai.com/

I am writing here I don’t know how the unlocking process works, maybe the developers are answering users here. i use vpn USA on multiple 2 devices and api (it works, no access to the web chat bot) i'm from Russia (I can't and don't want to move out of the country now but I'm against the war) and without vpn I can't use your tool https://chat.openai.com/.

Previously, some person replied that vpn and other security things do not allow you to open a chat, it would be nice to put such an answer in a frame, instead, "Sorry, you have been blocked". For my part : I am from Canada. Authorized country for ChatGPT. I've been using ChatGPT Plus for months and today I was connected to the VPN and just tried to access ChatGPT. The blocking was automatic. It wouldn't make sense not to be unblocked for forgetting I was connected to a VPN, plus I had no idea it was forbidden.
