GPT-4, with browsing and plugins, has seemed less intelligent lately.

When asked about their model, the original GPT-4 states that it uses GPT-4. However, GPT-4 plugins and GPT-4 browsing claim to be using GPT-3.

And the perception is definitely that they are using GPT-3, rendering them unusable for the palate that's tasted GPT-4 with plugins and browsing.

One of the key aspects is that when using KeyMate's excellent plugin, GPT performs the same searches in circles until it runs out of tokens.
