Getting incomplete and repeated response via Web Browsing or Plugins

When I ask anything using both these Model: Web Browsing or Plugins, sometimes it gives incomplete & repeat the same response.

When I use the Web Browsing function of Chatgpt plus, it always prompts there is currently a technical issue preventing it from accessing the relating information, anyone has the same problem?
