just to clarify, its not about the vpn, its about the IP which is different and the same thing at the same time, for example, rn im visiting some parents in a blocked country and the only option i have to avoid this blocking issue is using a vpn, even when im paying for gpt+,
you just need to get an ip from a not blocked place

did a bypass VPN for chatGPT and block was removed.. Whether is all VPN's or known VPN IP's either way removing the VPN worked.
