#chatgpt4 not responding - UPDATE: Now back online

I signed up yesterday for ChatGPT Plus and was able to use ChatGPT4 and ChatGPT3.5 without any issue during the day. I also downloaded the new ios app and was able to use it throughout the day without any issue.

Today, ChatGPT4 is no longer responding to my inquiries on desktop web or ios, but ChatGPT3.5 is working fine on web. On iOS, I get no response but am unable to find a setting to toggle between the 2 engines, so I think it's only looking at GPT4.

Either way, I have no access to ChatGPT4 at this point.

Bug Report:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Type any inquiry, I tried with, "are you online" and "what is the capital of Montana"

Expected result:
Expected to see a response to the question.

Actual result:
The response provided was, "Something went wrong. If this issue persists, please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com"

I'm back online with ChatGPT4....unclear why it resolved itself. I tried connecting on my phone and disconnecting the wifi so there was a different originating IP, but it was also 1-2 hours since my last test so that could just be coincidence.

Either way, I'm back online
