Hi, yesterday I tried to change my password and your systems were failing or something, and I never got the link to change the password. Reading on forums, I read that I could delete my account and re-create it.
So I deleted the account, but now I can't recreate it.
If I try to re-create my account, I get the message that the user already exists, but if I try to log in it says my account is deleted or disabled.
How can I fix that? pls...
Also, shouldn't OpenIA delete my account data if I request me account to be deleted? They're keeping (at least) my email and phone number on their records...
