I also opened a support chat, which is supposed to get answered within a week, but still waiting for it. Since I am doing mobile app development I need the paid plan to generate further API keys. Would be great if someone could help to get this bug fixed. Someone mentioned, that Discord is another option to get help?

I am already paying for chatGPT plus. I thought this is giving me API access?

AFAIK, API is independent of ChatGPT and is paid for separately

That's true, there is a separate subscription for API keys.

I am waiting more than 4 days for the support to reply in the chat and I feel this is not the limit... payed for the Pro plan and didn't get activation yet. Hope they hire more staff in the near future?
