I want to reinstall Windows, which programs should I install right after installing the system? Name 100 programs and describe their purpose and functionality in literally 2 or 3 sentences. Next to the name of the program, write in square brackets whether it is paid or free according to the following instructions:
If the program is free: <title of the program> [FREE].
If the program is free, but the free version has restrictions, which are removed by purchasing a paid subscription: <title of the program> [FREE*].
If the program is provided on a subscription basis: <programme name> [SUB].
If the program can be purchased in a single installment: <program name> [PAID].

If the program has open source code (github repository and etc.) [FOSS], replace <price> with [FOSS], e.g.:
VLC Media Player [FOSS] — <description> <cross-platform>.

Include in the description whether the program is cross-platform, and if so, for which systems and devices, e.g.:
VLC Media Player <price> — <description> (Windows, MacOS, Android, iOS).

If there are several programs in one category (for example there are two programs for archiving files, but one free and second paid), combine them in one group by following example:
Archivers:
— <software name> <price> <description> <type> <cross-platform>
— <software name> <price> <description> <type> <cross-platform>
— <software name> <price> <description> <type> <cross-platform>
and so on: depending on the number of programs.
If one program is found in several categories, put it in the category you think is the most relevant.
Name at least 30 programs in every category.

Instead of using '-' use '—'.
Avoid repeating programs, otherwise imagine you're being hit and you're hurting.
