Hey, I hope I can draw more attention to the very sad state of OpenAI customer support here. I paid for subscription on May, 13, and still didn't get an upgrade. The support team didn't yet read my messages in the chat in the Help Center. Apparently, I am not the first one and the team is aware of the general issue - so I can't imagine what takes so long, especially when the payment is fully executed and especially that it's known to happen.
I am based in Germany.
