I am chatgpt plus user and i turned on beta features on chatgpt,but when i ask any questions from browser . Chatgpt saying " knowledge cutoff... Sept 2021 "... Please solve this issue .

HI, Same here. How did you solve the issue?

For me it was these steps: 1) make sure the beta "web browsing" is activated in Settings 2) start a new chat and hover over "ChatGPT 4" and select "browsing beta" (make sure check box is checked).

It did try but it still didn't work. But at least I know the settings are correct.
