OpenAI support is already in contact with us for the issue. I consider this case resolved. Deleted the original messages as some personal information was shown in the screenshots and i would not want them to stay visible here.

Not yet but they are lookin into it already and they reassured me they are going to fix that

It was an error from someone in the company with access to the account, that accidentally gave ownership of the account to another user, locking us out of it. I want to believe that it was an accident.
It was my bad overall as i should have thought better about it in the first place
