I've been having the same problem for a month or two. but only on my computer with the cell phone I don't have the problem.

I tried to open ChatGPT with an incognito window on Chrome and still have the same issue

dont know what happened but it works for me now. and since i didn't change anything, its obvious that the issue was not on my side

From another thread I read that it could be a VPN issue. I did install Nord VPN today and received the same issue. Fix is to un-install Nord and restart PC. Mine works now

I made a post about this too. I switched to Firefox (from Chrome) and it worked.

Even with NordVPN installed.

I have emailed support about this too.

Unsure on the issue, but mines has been resolved. Still no word back from support re my emails. I suggest using Firefox in the meantime!
