hello, I subscribed to chatgpt plus and I try to open a chat and I always get the same message:

Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.

I already cleared the cache.

I've tried using another browser.

I don't use VPN

extra info: apparently the error only occurs in chrome and edge. I downloaded the Brave browser and it works perfectly.

I've already cleared the cache of other browsers, incognito tab and it doesn't work.

can someone help me solve this in chrome?

Ok i maybe found, it works now on my side .. Do you have Nord VPN or something like that ? Try to unstall this one and use again chat gpt (maybe reboot your pc before)

i dont have any VPN and didnt have. It gpt4 simply stopped working for me 24h ago.

just now after rebooting the browser (which i did so many times before) i had a cloudfire check and after that it seems working atm! finally!
