I am experiencing an issue where the prompt functionality works on my phone but not on my computer, despite not using any VPN and trying to delete cookies to troubleshoot the problem. This inconsistency in prompt functionality between devices hinders my workflow and limits my ability to effectively interact with ChatGPT on my computer. I would appreciate any guidance or support to resolve this issue and regain prompt functionality on my computer.

I have the same issue. And I tried all what my limitate knowledge give me access

... for information. It finally worked. I do not know wich one of the following action make it works but :
took off "protection web" (obligatory)
disconnect from open ai
clean cookies and cache
restart chrome - edge - safari whatever
log in to https://platform.openai.com/, and then log in to https://chat.openai.com/.
