For 5 days, unable to use Chat GPT on my main PC. This one works on my smartphone but not on my main PC.

I get this error message every time I text her: **Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com **I Have Chat GPT plus.

I have already tried everything, such as changing browsers (Opera, Chrome, Edge) , using a private tab, using a vpn, opening gpt chat on another windows 11 session.

Someone can help me to fix this problem ? I was using chat gpt for 5 months already and need for my job. For now, i pay for nothing.

I tried with the laptop of my GF , and it works .. but not on my desktop .... make no sens

yes , do you have Nord VPN or any VPN software ? If yes , unstall it , reboot pc and check if it works
