I can't use https://chat.openai.com/ because of that error. I tried logging out and logging in again but I keep getting that error message.
I have a ChatGPTPlus subscription that I cannot use because of it

Same problem for me. It works find when I use it via VPN from work. Looks to me like some account sharing safeguard...
