Still having this issue
I don’t recall it asking for that. I have always logged in via email with the emailed verification code
Yes then I did but it doesn’t give me the option to sign in via phone
I did find if I click the email link to go into my billing plan I can get to chat from there but I feel like I’m sneaking in the back door lol
me too, I dont recall I have any verification code either. Can't find any way to resolve this, they just direct you to the Help bot to read article...
