API Calls taking more then 20 sec | OpenAI | Page 1

Hi I am using open ai api and really concerned about the prolonged duration of each API request, which takes more than 20 seconds. Is there anything we can do to enhance the speed of the API calls? If you could provide any insights or suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it.

Here it's even worse. Nothing works. I only receive: "The server had an error while processing your request. Sorry about that! Request timed out: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='api.openai.com', port=443): Read timed out. (read timeout=600) HTTP code 502 from API (<html><head><title>502 Bad Gateway</title></head><body><center><h1>502 Bad Gateway</h1></center></body></html>)".
