#Can't cancel ChatGPT Plus subscription

I have the same problem, the cancel button does not appear. Chat support does not answer and many days have passed.
I know the steps to cancel but this button doesn't show in my account.
I've removed my credit card to avoid charges

The story is a bit long, they should have generated a receipt for the month of May but they didn't so I talked to support but they didn't answer me so I thought that canceling would be the best option and then subscribing again. They also did not notify me by mail about a charge that could not be processed for the month of May.
