Does anyone know how to get a hold of sales to sign a baa agreement for hipaa compliance? Any ideas/leads? Has anyone had success with this? Azure is only for enterprise accounts and openai says to contact sales but of course - no reply. any help would be greatly appreciated. For context - I have created a healthcare saas that has 1700 users in a few days. I need to get a hold of sales to get hipaa compliant - or find a way to access the api service through azure. Any help would be greatly appreciated

What 😂
You can 100% access it via azure;
https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/products/cognitive-services/openai-service
Azure OpenAI Service offers industry-leading coding and language AI models that you can fine-tune to your specific needs for a variety of use cases.
HIPAA compliance should be a team effort between your company, your clients, and service providers. It's not something you can just hoist on a service provider. If you don't have anyone in risk management that can sort through the bureaucracy of HIPAA then you need to hire someone.
HIPAA isn't a checkbox, it's a neverending process of compliance. If you don't understand this, you risk losing everything you have in fines.
only available to enterprise accounts with MS, which we do not have unfortunately
yes definitely agreed. But a BAA with the service provider is still needed for hipaa
OpenAI will not likely do this. Their terms advise not to send PHI to their models.
They would have to maintain a separate instance of the models and I really don't believe they will do that.
