**Steps to reproduce:**
both GPT-3.5 and 4.0 return the error displayed in the screenshot I will send; I encounter the same error on both chrome and edge. Normally I would assume the servers are just busy, but when I attempt to use either GPT model on my phone (also in the chrome browser) they work fine. My girlfriend tells me that she has not encountered any such issue over the past day. I have been receiving the same error since yesterday evening. Unsure if this will be reproducible.
**Expected result:**
> GPT prompted with 'asdf'
> Returns 'Hello! It seems like you've entered "asdf"...
**Actual result:**
> GPT prompted with 'asdf'
> returns error 'Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.'

@near night make sure you have no VPNs enabled
And disable web protection (if you have a extension or anything)
And lastly clear cookies
If all that fails, download a FRESH version of Firefox
Thank you so much. For anyone else encountering a similar issue, the solution was to turn off not only NordVPN, but also its threat protection features.
Yea that’s the web protection I was talking about xd
